The premise of this application is to change your android device's wallpaper at a set interval, either sequentially or randomizing picture order without horribly consuming your battery life. Modeling Google's new Holo user interface, wRotatr is easy to navigate and fast for users to get around without becoming overwhelmed by the awesomeness.
